Shared Vision Group (SVG) has created a global first training concept that fully utilises high-end heavy equipment simulators to train operators in the mining, civil and construction, infrastructure and ports industries, which for the first time, allows the industry to set and maintain standards of skill and performance to incontestable standards.

All training is based, as a minimum, on the Australian safety standards and mapped to the Australian Qualification standards. Using these standards we can train people in pre-employment screening to select those with the most potential or ability, operator skills training to raise productivity, induction onto equipment to reduce unplanned maintenance budgets, and incident handling to reduce overall costs and raise safety standards

Simulators allow training to be delivered in a totally safe environment for both the operator and the equipment.

SVG offers its shareholders the opportunity to contribute to the rollout of its innovative technological and service strategy to deliver high quality training and training services to the world. We have established a network of contacts in the Middle East and Africa and we are currently setting up an organisation in Saudi Arabia to accelerate the penetration into this market.

With the Global economy on the turn a great opportunity exists for us to promote alternative methodology in training that provides faster and more quantifiable outcomes and performance. The Middle East and Africa are showing great interest in this technology because of SVG’s unique training packaging. Australia will slowly turn its attention back to production, as evidenced in the Iron Ore sector at present, and the training concept will get more attention here as soon as the focus returns to rebuilding the workforce.

SVG is seeking "sophisticated and professional investors" wishing to participate in the company's early stage capital raising. To invest in the Shared Vision Group under the provisions of section 708(8) or section 708(11) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), investors need to be classified as “Sophisticated” or “Professional”.
